Our favorite design element on this house is the front door which features exquisite address numbers in the transom window, adding a touch of elegance. Moving inside, we saved the original tile from the fireplace surround, which adds a nostalgic feel. We also loved the dining room light fixture so much that we decided to reuse it in the entryway, bringing warmth and comfort to the house.

The kitchen has a beautiful black backsplash that the homeowners chose from three options. We also included a full bathroom on the first floor, making the office space a perfect guest bedroom without having guests travel upstairs.

On the second floor, the primary bathroom is breathtaking, featuring a beautiful waterfall design element that adds to the house’s elegance. Finally, we created a Jack ‘n Jill corner bathroom from a weirdly sized room (25′ x 12’), resulting in an excellent layout that is our favorite one yet.
