One of the most striking features of this home was undoubtedly the two-story, three-car garage, which was a unique addition. We put the space above the garage to good use, installing HVAC and electricity to make it a functional living area. Unfortunately, we could not add plumbing due to restrictions against turning the space into a “multi-family” unit.

Another standout feature of this home is the kitchen cabinet color, a beautiful and elegant mushroom/taupe shade that instantly catches the eye. Other noteworthy additions include a second-floor laundry room located conveniently in the master closet and a dormer on the third floor that allows for a full bathroom – the first time such an addition had been made to the home.
